    During Ramadan, a week before Eid al-Fitr, we held a Souq at the asylum seekers’ centre in Haarlem, with play, food and drink for the children.

    On 13 February 2026, one week before Ramadan, we opened a free shop at Vrouw en Vaart in Amsterdam, with many donations for all ages.

  • Our first Souq event

    On 10 October 2025 we held the first event under the Thamarat name: a Souq at Vrouw en Vaart in Amsterdam. More than 200 people came.
